Company Secretary (CS) Course.
Though, Sangeet Kedia Classes was established in the year 2007, the nameSangeet Kedia (Director of the SKC Institute)
is a well known name since 2000, as a highly reputed teacher,
in the CS Students fraternity. Sangeet Kedia, B.Sc.(H) Maths, is a Fellow Member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate from University of Delhi.
By profession, he is the lecturer for various Corporate Law Papers of Company Secretary
Course. Along with this, he is also a Consultant for Corporate Laws and Secretarial Matters to
number of well reputed companies. He has a teaching and industry experience of more than 17 years.
We, at SKC, believe that every professional stream of students needs different nurturing and
specialized coaching according to the requirements of that profession. Further, a person
belonging to a particular profession can only mentor and groom the students of that profession.
To reinforce this belief, all the faculty at SKC are Company Secretary by qualification and are
having industry experience. They bring their rich experience of industry and consultancy to the classrooms.
Over a period of time, SKC as an Institute, catering to a large number of students, has become NUMERO UNO in the field of CS Education. This is the only Institute which provides
specialized and exclusive platform for the CS Education at all levels (Foundation, Executive and

We have grown and evolve over the last ten years, and we felt it was time for a change. We have
refreshed our logo to reflect who we are today and to symbolize our dynamic future. We are
proud of our rich history. That’s why our new name and logo retains core elements, including
Sincerity, Knowledge and the value addition to it is Achievement (SKA). It represents a dynamic
force of unparalleled energy that brings us and our Students even more closer. To reinforce this
belief, we have introduced the revolutionary E-learning platform that facilitates learning without
requiring a face-to- face Faculty-Student contact in the same space and time, thereby defying the physical barriers.
Today all the students from CS fraternity from different cities in various States are not able to
reach us, so in order to bridge the gap between SKA (earlier SKC) and CS Students, we have
started Virtual Classes, through Recorded Lectures all over India. The motive is to provide the
facility to the students to learn from best faculty, directly through this initiative of Virtual
Classes, without being deprived of the comforts of their hometowns.
